Full Description

Whilst not included in the detailed programme of historic building recording of the former farm buildings to the north-east, the farmhouse at Bruff Farm was briefly described in August 2013. The building is thought to date to the late 19th century, being constructed at around the same time as the nearby former threshing barn and granary (see PRN 58320). It is not depicted on a parish plan map from 1866, but does appear on the 1st edition 6" Ordnance Survey County Series map, suggesting a date of construction around the 1870s. {1}{2}{3}
