Full Description
Probable 19th century farmhouse at Sea View Farm. It is of red brick, and features a tiled roof with chimney stacks at both gables. The farmhouse was inspected externally in September 2019, during a site visit by staff of Lincolnshire County Council, Natural England and Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust. The building was found to be secure but vacant, and in a deteriorating condition with loose tiles, rotting windows and the original cast iron guttering missing in places and replaced with plastic. An interior fitted cupboard was, however, said to be an unusual handmade example that was worthy of retention, and it is understood that original fireplaces and woodwork survive inside. {1}
