Full Description

Pottery fragments and charred material were found during soil testing at TF261 449. {1}{2}{3}{4}{5}{6}{7}{8} At TF 262 444 the site produced of a scatter of Roman pottery near the edge of a pit. {9} Fragmentary Roman pottery (greyware, with signs of burning) is evident in both areas. The pit has now been filled. {10}
