Full Description
The remains of a large pit was recorded in this location in January 2013 during the excavation of a single trial trench on land off Glebe Close. Flakes of natural flint were recovered from the feature's fill, but no dating material was found. The origins of the feature remain unknown. A soil sample of the fill was taken, but insufficient material for meaningful analysis was recovered. {1}{2}
