Full Description
The remains of a former Second World War resistance hide have been recorded as being in this vicinity. The structure was built for use by the British Auxiliary Units in the event of a German invasion. The structure is thought to have replaced an earlier hide located to the west of Swineshead Bridge (see PRN 67049). {1}
