Full Description

The South Elkington School was built in 1877, and was known as North and South Elkington National School in 1903. It was known as South Elkington CE School by 1913. From September 1947 the school became an infants and juniors school. It was known as South Elkington CE Primary School from 1977. The school was closed on 1 October 1982. {1} It was a Victorian school present on the 1905 map. {2} It was closed down and converted into a house some time after 1982. {3}
