Full Description

Site of a Wesleyan Sunday School, since demolished. {1} White's 1872 Trade Directory states that the school was built in 1853 with the aid of a government grant. {2} The building is shown in the same plan form on the 1888, 1906, and 1951 OS maps, suggesting that it was not demolished until the second half of the 20th century. {3}{4}{5}
