Full Description
Unnamed farmstead (Elmtree House), Deeping St. Nicholas. Partially extant 19th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with L-plan range plus detached buildings to the fourth side of the yard. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. There has been significant loss (greater than 50%) of traditional buildings. Isolated location. {1}
The farmstead has since been demolished and the site is now occupied by a housing estate. {2}
