Site of Ash Tree Farm, Spalding, formerly Cartwright's Farm. Redeveloped 19th century farmstead. Dispersed with multiple regular yards. The farmhouse was detached from the main working complex. Isolated location. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {1}
