Full Description

Ivy House Farm was included in a survey of South Lincolnshire farms, as part of a wider study of English Farmsteads. It is thought to have developed from the 1870s onwards. {1}{2} Ivy House Farm, Lusby with Winceby. Partially extant 19th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with L-plan range plus detached buildings to the third side of the yard. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within or in association with a village. Large modern sheds are located on the site. {3}
