Full Description
Site of an unnamed farmstead, Scampton. Demolished 19th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with linked working buildings to all four sides of the yard. The farmhouse is attached to a range of working buildings. Isolated location. {1}
The farmstead was most likely removed as part of the initial construction of the surrounding RAF Scampton, and no trace now remains. {2}
