Full Description

Hayes Farm, Waddingham. Partially extant 19th century farmstead. Regular courtyard of E plan. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. There has been significant loss (greater than 50%) of traditional buildings. Isolated location. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {1} A keystone located on the surviving historic farmhouse building gives a date of 1745, indicating a likely date of construction for that structure. {2}
