Ivy House, Searby cum Owmby. 19th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with L-plan range plus detached buildings to the fourth side of the yard. The farmhouse is detached with the long axis facing on to the yard. The farmhouse is the only surviving historic structure. Located within or in association with a village. {1}
