Full Description
Clixby Top Farm, Grasby. A partially extant 19th century farmstead set out on a regular courtyard, "E" shaped plan. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {1}
A 2021 site visit in advance of a proposal for their conversion found the remaining 19th century buildings occupying an "L" shaped plan suggesting some demolition, with the buildings partially altered including re-roofing, and bricked up features. {2}
