Full Description

A rectangular reinforced concrete pillbox, set into the sea defence bank at Haven Bank. The structure was exposed and partially demolished in October 2012, during groundworks for the renewal of the coastal flood defences between Tetney and Saltfleet. The structure has three internal chambers, and appears to be a type 23 pillbox with a central open cell for a light anti-aircraft machine gun. {1}{2}
