Full Description

A type 22 hexagonal pillbox, built with corrugated iron shuttering. The structure originally had 4 embrasures, though all but the south-western embrasure appear to have been blocked during the structure's use. The doorway faces north and is framed with wood. {1}{2}{3} A photograph of the pillbox was taken in July 2007, during site visits conducted for the Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey. {4}
