Carr Dyke Farmhouse and attached outbuildings are mid 18th century and early 19th century. The outbuilding is single storey and L-plan with 3 plank doors. It is constructed of brick with pantile roofs. The attached farmhouse is T-plan and of two storeys (see PRN 62078).
