Full Description

Traces of medieval agricultural activity were recorded in this location in January 2016, during trial trenching conducted to inform proposed residential development. The remains were identified as two parallel furrows, aligned on a north-east to south-west axis. Two fragments of 13th to 15th century, un-glazed flat roof tile were recovered from the fill of one of the furrows. {1}{2}
