Full Description
Distinct complexes of magnetic anomalies were identified in this location in March 2012, during magnetometry survey along selected parts of the proposed Covenham Water Treatment Works to Boston Transfer pipeline. The anomalies included the remains of ditched enclosures and pit-like features, concentrated in two distinct but adjacent areas, and indicating a possible area of settlement activity. {1}
