Full Description

A single redeposited sherd of prehistoric pottery was found in this location in May 2012, during trial trenching conducted alongside the Great Eau, at Rimac Road, Saltfleetby St Clement. The sherd was of a low-fired, soft, shell-tempered fabric. It was quite small and abraded and could not be dated any closer than the later prehistoric period. {1}{2}
