Full Description

The remains of a brick-lined well and two brick-built basements were recorded in September 2012, during archaeological monitoring on land at 75 Burton Road, Lincoln. The remains were clearly associated with the late 19th century terraced housing that formerly occupied the site. Finds of late 19th and 20th century material were identified in association with the features, but were not retained. {1}{2}
