Full Description
A ring shaped magnetic anomaly was identified here in July 2014, during a magnetometry survey conducted on land to the west of the A15, Burton by Lincoln. It was thought that the anomaly could possibly represent the remains of a prehistoric ring ditch, although given the weakness of the anomaly, a natural origin for the feature could not be ruled out. {1}
