Full Description
A likely post-medieval boundary stone is depicted in this location on the 1st edition 6" Ordnance Survey County Series map. The stone marks the boundary between the parishes of Sleaford and Silk Willoughby. The marker is in the form of a small, tall stone, now painted white. Incriptions carved on the stone are thought to read 'WILLOUGHBY / P.B. / QUARRINGTON', although the markings are quite faint and not all the letters could be fully distinguished. {1}{2}{3}
