Description

Nineteen 15 x 1.6m trial trenches were excavated in 2001 during archaeological investigation along the Weston Bypass, Weston. Roman deposits were revealed at the western end of the Bypass and late Saxon and Medieval activity was revealed near Saint Mary's Church. {1}{2}
