Description
Watching brief undertaken in 2008 during repairs to a sewer main at The Fishponds, Castle Bytham. A 4m by 2.8m trench was excavated revealing that the bank of the scheduled monument had survived to a thickness of 0.8m. No other archaeological deposits or finds were identified. {1}{2}
