Description
A watching brief was carried out during groundworks associated with a new water pipeline. Prehistoric features were encountered near the Wilsford reservoir end of the pipeline, which were subsequently excavated (see ELI8705). The rest of the watching brief failed to encounter any archaeological features or finds. {1}{2}
