Description

A watching brief was carried out during groundworks associated with the construction of a new gas pipeline. Roman pottery and part of a Roman Road were seen near the junction of Boston Road with Russell Crescent. (Note - the route of the pipeline is uncertain, and therefore this event is unlocated.) {1}
