Description
A full excavation was carried out on this site prior to residential development. Remains associated with 2nd century Romano-British pottery production, including 2 kilns, clay extraction pits and possible workshop or storage structures, were uncovered. Traces of medieval ridge and furrow were also recorded. {1}{2}
