Description

Fieldwalking was carried out in the area of various cropmarks to the west of Scott Willoughby. A general scatter, probably manuring related, of medieval material was recovered as well as a concentration of Romano-British material and a few Saxon sherds. A very small amount of prehistoric material was also recovered. {1}{2}
