Description
An archaeological watching brief was undertaken during groundworks associated with the construction of a replacement building at the Greestones Centre, Lindum Road, Lincoln. The groundworks involved the excavation of a trench for create a retaining wall and the excavation of two temporary crane pits. No significant archaeology was seen - natural, post medieval and modern deposits were noted.{1}{2}
