Description

A site visit was carried out as part of a desk-top assessment prior to proposed development of the site. The southern part of the site was occupied by buildings and areas of hardstanding and the northern area was covered by long grass. However, Romano-British pottery and a flint were recovered, mostly from areas of disturbed earth caused by rabbit and mole activity. {1}
