An archaeological watching brief was undertaken during groundworks associated with the construction of a single storey supermarket. The watching brief monitored the excavation of foundation trenches and drain runs for the development. The watching brief did not reveal any archaeological features, nor were any artefacts retrieved during the investigation. {1}{2}
