Description

In 1991 the then North Kesteven Community Archaeologist initiated an archaeological field walking exercise in an area which extended 100m north to south and 130m east to west from the field boundary at the junction of High Dike and Chapel Lane. Within this area a 10m grid was established. Approximately half the field was walked. {1}
