Description
A programme of archaeological observation and recording took place at Saint Thomas's Church, Market Rasen, when an ongoing scheme of environmental enhancements necessitated groundworks within the churchyard. The fieldwork included the recovery of disarticulated human remains and the detailed recording of four grave markers disturbed by the goundworks. The works also revealed the medieval foundations of the church, and area of cobbles and a brick built vault {1} {2}
