A systemmatic magnetometry survey (using a Geoscan FM 36 Fluxgate Gradiometer) was conducted on land at Bicker Fen, Bicker in advance of a proposed wind turbine development. The aims of the survey was to gather sufficient information to establish the location and extent of any archaeological features within the development area and to characterise the archaeology located. Two broad bands of slight magnetic anomalies were noted, running approximately Northeast to Southwest. These are probably associated with an extinct creek system. {1}
