Description
An evaluation, in the form of trial trenching, was undertaken in advance of proposed residential development. Seven trenches were excavated, comprising a 2 % sample of the site. Trench 1 measured 13.1m by 11.6m; Trench 2 measured 11.62m by 1.61m; Trench 3 measured 13.05m by 1.5m; Trench 4 measured 9.66m by 4.87m; Trench 5 measured 14.24m by 1.6m; Trench 6 measured 15m by 1.56m; and Trench 7 measured 2.7m by 1.66m.{1}
