Description
A trial trench was excavated on land at the former mill on Main Road, Toynton All Saints, prior to the construction of a detached dwelling. Four pits were revealed, from which a moderate quantity of Medieval and Late Medieval pottery was recovered, along with two residual sherds of Saxon pottery. {1}{2}
