A programme of archaeological monitoring and recording was conducted on the groundworks for a single detached dwelling on land at Smithy's Yard, Eastville Road, Toynton St Peter. No archaeologically significant features or deposits were encountered, though a moderate quantity of Medieval pottery was recovered from the subsoil. {1}{2}
