Description
A scheme of archaeological monitoring and recording was undertaken at no. 14 West Street, Crowland. The work was undertaken prior to a proposed renovaton of the building. The work revealed one possible cut feature in the northeastern portion of the site. Post-medieval pottery fragments, clay pipes and ceramic building material. A single sherd of 12th/13th century pottery was found. No significant archaeological deposits, finds or features were uncovered. {1}{2}
