A programme of archaeological monitoring and recording was conducted during groundworks associated with the construction of a new dwelling and linked garage on land at Manor Farm Yard, Main Street, Timberland. The remains of 20th century garden features or possible levelling layers thought to relate to the construction of previous farmyard surfaces in this area were noted, but no archaeologically significant features, deposits or finds were encountered. {1}{2}
