A programme of archaeological monitoring and recording was conducted during groundworks associated with the construction of a new dwelling on land adjacent to 158 Six House Bank, West Pinchbeck. The remains of two possible palaeochannels were noted, along with numerous estuarine deposits, but no archaeological features, deposits or finds were encountered. {1}{2}
