Description
A fluxgate gradiometer survey was carried out to evaluate the archaeological potential of the site. Area A measured circa 2.38ha, of which 1.67ha were surveyed. Area B measured circa 3.019 ha, of which 2.34ha were surveyed. A further area, located across the County boundary at Thistleton in Leicestershire, was also surveyed.{1}
