Description
A site visit was undertaken by members of the Historic Places Team at Lincolnshire County Council to photograph the interior and exterior of the historic Tower Mill at Wragby as part of scoping for a potential regeneration scheme including a museum installation. Some in situ machinery was observed along with graffiti dating back to the late 19th century. {1}
