A programme of archaeological monitoring and recording was conducted during groundworks associated with new residential development on land to the rear of 51-52 High Street, Lincoln. The monitored groundworks were relatively shallow, not extending to a depth where significant archaeological activity was thought likely to be present. No archaeologically significant fetures, deposits or finds were encountered. {1}{2}
