Description
Following earlier schemes of earthwork survey (ELI14496) and geophysical survey (ELI14497), a trial trenching scheme was undertaken at Land off Sykes Lane, Saxilby, as part of the planning process for residential development on the site. A total of fifteen archaeological features were recorded, all of which being furrows. {1}{2}
