A geophysical survey was conducted on land at Wainfleet Road, Boston, prior to proposed development. Magnetic anomalies representing possible ditches and pits were encountered across the site, including the corner of a possible rectilinear enclosure. Interpretation was made difficult towards the southern end of the route due to significant disturbance caused by modern activity. The presence of a probable former field boundary was also noted towards the northern end of the site. {1}
