A historic building survey was undertaken at The Black Bull, Stamford Walk, Stamford, in response to Listed Building Consent for its proposed conversion into three residential properties. The inn dates to the 17th century, and became part of the Stamford Hotel in the early 19th century. Though much of both the exterior and interior structure had undergone significant alteration, the roof structure, external elevations and cellar all retain some original fabric. {1}{2}
