Description

A watching brief was undertaken during groundworks for a detached house at Main Road, Belchford. Two sherds of Medieval pottery, four sherds of early post-Medieval pottery and two sherds of Roman pottery were recovered from the topsoil, but no archaeologically significant features or deposits were encountered. {1}{2}
