A site visit for a heritage impact assessment and an assessment of significance was undertaken at Haith's Farm, Covenham St Bartholomew, to inform the proposed alteration and extension of the farmhouse and the proposed construction of a manège in the nearby field. The farmhouse was considered to have moderate local archaeological, architectural and artistic, and historic significance. The impact of the proposed changes was considered to be minimal, with the impact to the fabric limited mostly to the 20th century extension at the rear of the house. {1}
