Description
Five trial trenches were excavated on land off Main Road, Leadenham, to inform the proposed construction of a new residential development. A single Early Neolithic flint core fragment was recovered from the subsoil, but no other archaeologically significant features, deposits or finds were encountered. {1}{2}
